Counselling
People seek counselling and psychotherapy for many reasons. Some need to respond to unexpected changes in their lives, while others seek self-exploration and personal growth. When coping skills are overwhelmed by doubt, guilt, anxiety, confusion or despair, therapy can help.
Counselling can provide support, problem-solving skills, and enhanced coping for issues such as depression, anxiety, lack of confidence, relationship difficulties, bereavement, spiritual conflicts, stress management, body image issues, creative blocks or any other matter which is a concern for the client.

Exercise physiology: musculo-skeletal, asthma, diabetes, cardiac and respiratory rehabilitation
These
services are provided at the clinic. All our sessions are supervised by a registered exercise
physiologist who is accredited by Exercise Sport Science
Australia. GP Enhanced Primary Care
Plans, DVA and type II diabetes programs are conducted and
Medicare rebates are available.
Biomechanical Video Analysis - All sports - Bikefit
Do you suffer from a poor
riding technique or an incorrect setup on your bike. We will
video analyse you riding your bike in the clinic and have
your bike setup altered and your riding technique improved.
This will help alleviate pain in your neck, shoulders, back,
hips, knees and legs and also improve your riding
efficiency. Other sports are analysed by request.
Personal Training
Personal
Training gives you the chance to exercise one-to-one with your own
highly trained fitness professional beside you, guiding, advising
and motivating you. If you're a beginner it's a great introduction
to the gym and you’ll soon boost your knowledge and confidence.
For the more experienced gym user PT will help take you to a higher
level of fitness. In the beautiful Dandenong Ranges our classes are held inside in a small gym or outside in the mountain setting. We are close to the 1000 steps and many nature trails. A sauna is available for use to relax your tired muscles.
