Course Description
Responsible Serving of Alcohol - RSA-  is a course that incorporates the legalities and responsibilities of serving alcohol either behind a bar or table service. The Responsible Serving of Alcohol Program aims to provide liquor service staff with the knowledge and awareness necessary to responsibly serve alcohol in licensed premises.

Whose responsibility is responsible serving of alcohol?
Facts about alcohol improved atmosphere
Handling difficult customer
Duty of care
It is recommended to have this qualification to become a professional in the hospitality industry.

Qualifications and Recognition
Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate, Liquor Licensing Victoria

Vocational Outcomes
Bar attendant, food and beverage attendant, waiter, gaming attendant

Who can Apply?
Anyone who wishes to gain employment in the Hospitality industry should have the RSA qualification.

Refresher Course 
The RSA Refresher Course provides the opportunity, for those who have previously completed a RSA Workshop, to update their knowledge on responsible serving practices. The Refresher Course will be regularly updated to ensure that it remains current.

Upon successful completion of the Refresher Course you will receive a Letter of Acknowledgement which should be attached to the previously obtained "Responsible Serving of Alcohol" Certificate as evidence that you have continued to up date your knowledge.
