What does Personal Training involve? After completing your induction, your trainer will set out a clear, challenging and non-repetitive workout plan specifically designed for your needs. The trainer will continue to monitor your progress and adapt your plan as your needs and fitness change. All staff have a Certificate III and IV in Fitness, and have completed a tertiary degrees to satisfy strict employment qualification guidelines.
